How to Clean a Truck
When cleaning a truck, it’s helpful to divide it into two sections: the head and the body. The head refers to the front compartment, where the truck’s engine is housed. The truck body, located at the rear. It is often the part most covered with thick layers of grease and contaminants.
To effectively clean these surfaces, we recommend using Truck Cleaner, a detergent specifically formulated for trucks and lorries. Given the large surface area, proper tools are essential to make the job easier and more efficient.

- High pressure water jet
First of all, diluted the Truck Cleaner solution. This is a high concentration solution which user could dilute the solution base on the cleaning habit or contamination level. We always recommend to dilute in 1:4 ratio. This will ratio will save a lot of cleaning cost.
Spray the Diluted Truck Cleaner
Since you are using the diluted truck cleaner, wetting the truck body may not require. Quickly spray a layer of the solution on the truck body. By the time the lorry body is fully sprayed with the solution, you could follow up with the brushing.
We always encourage manual scrub as the friction force from the nylon brush will loosen the contaminant on the truck body surface. Especially those area cover with wooden panel. After the scrub, you shall see a lot of contaminant solution is dropping from the lorry body. However, users are required to rinse the truck body in order to remove the contaminant thoroughly.
This is where the high water jet is coming in. Use the high pressure water jet to spray on the surface in order to clean up the contaminated surface. In case you do not have a high pressure water jet, you are also request to further clean the surface by spraying water to wash away the cleaner residual.
You could even repeat the same steps in order to achieve a better cleaning result. Let us recap the steps

I know this could be sound very tedious to most of the users, again this is a protecting gesture to extend individual from injury.
Wearing appropriate PPE always a standard practice for many chemical handler if you are in Europe or American country. Unfortunately, in Asia or Malaysia, PPE does not sound a welcome attire. But as a detergent formulator, we always bring this up to our user to avoid any mishap occurrence.
